Assigning OBS

Steps

For assigning OBS to EPS

1. Select Enterprise menu and click Enterprise Project Structure.

2. Choose an EPS for which you wanted to assign a responsible manager.

3. Then choose Resposible Manager option from the detail window(bottom window).

4. Click browse button at the right hand side of the Responsible Manager.

5. Choose the corresponding manager from the existing list of OBS for that EPS to be assigned.

6. Then click Assign.

EPS

Enterprise Project Structure(EPS)
Hierarchial structure that identifies the company-wide projects and enables organizing and management of those projects.

Steps to create EPS
1.Go to the menu Enterprise.
2.Select Enterprise Project Structure.
3.Using Add button add as many EPS nodes as you want.
4.Using shift keys level the EPS nodes and make the hierarchy.
